Day 1: Arrival in Helsinki, free & easy

Day 2: Helsinki city tour : Market Square, Old Market Hall, Helsinki Central Library Oodi, Sibelius Monument, Cafe Regatta)

Day 3: Tallinn day tour (Tallinn Town Hall, Harju Street Park, Kiek in de Kök, Toompea Castle, Patkuli viewing platform), overnight train to Rovaniemi

Terms and Conditions

1. Travel Date Selection & Changes

a. Travelers may select their own travel dates based on availability or opt for a date provided by the company.

b. Travel dates must be confirmed at least four (4) months before departure.

c. If a traveler requests to travel in a different month than originally selected, a minimum surcharge of RM1,000 per person applies.

d. For bookings confirmed less than four (4) months before departure, a last-minute surcharge of RM500 per person will be charged.

e. Peak season surcharge applicables in December, main Malaysia & Finland’s public & school holidays.

2. Payment Terms

a. The balance of the package price can be paid via installments (without confirming the travel date) or in lump sum upon confirming the travel date.

b. All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the traveler.

3. Changes & Substitutions

a. Travelers cannot switch from the booked travel package to another travel package.

b. Travelers may substitute their booking with another traveler before the flight ticket is issued.

c. Once a flight ticket has been issued, any changes (including name changes) are subject to a minimum additional fee of RM1,000.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

a. All payments are forfeited in case of cancellation by the traveler.

b. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the travel package.

5. Eligibility

a. This travel package is available to both Malaysian and non-Malaysian travelers.

b. Travelers must ensure they meet all entry requirements for their destination, including passports, visas, and vaccinations.

c. Minimum number of travelers are 2 pax.

6. General Conditions

a. The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, travel dates, and other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.

b. The traveler is responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance, which copy is needed to be sent before departure.

c. The company is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to flight delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
